a note from Camilla

I was born into a family where food and nutrition was at the core of our connection.

Every meal was an occasion, filled with diverse cuisines, flavours and fresh, whole ingredients. My fatherβ€”a true hunter, gatherer, farmer, and restaurateurβ€”instilled a deep respect for seasonal, unprocessed foods. While my parents upheld a β€˜no junk’ policy that I once resisted, I now truly appreciate it.

Raised on the banks of the Macquarie River in Western NSW, I learned that the best way to influence your health starts with what you eat and understanding where it comes from. Australia’s rich agricultural landscape offers some of the world’s best produceβ€”but in today’s fast-moving food industry, real nutrition can feel overwhelming, expensive, and out of reach.
